So, apart from the "normal" acts of racism that are very much out there and I’m sure many people see or at least acknowledge. There is however, a more accepted (or at least one that goes unchallenged or noted) attitude that often takes the form of someone’s excuse of "preference."Examples can be as simple as "I was just brought up that way, it’s not you." or "I only go out with *blank*, that’s just my preference" etc.
Being black, white or anything else does not limit the persons ability to be "attractive," if it does then it says more about you than you care to admit and maybe – just maybe – you need a reality check. I’m not saying you’ll burn a cross in your backyard, but something unhealthy is still there and maybe you need to get checked out. Phrases like "Oh, I have *insert a race here* friends" is not your get out of jail free card – I would direct you to a film called Dear White People.
I have seen this "preference" attitude in full affect on this site and in actual swinger parties (of all places), where someone is not dark enough or light enough. How is the poor guy (or girl) suppose to win? Being on a site like this (or simply being an actual adult) surely you must know that whatever attribute or trend in your "preferred" group can, and is, found in every other group to varying degrees – yes even include the size of tits, ass and dicks.
I have even seen it on friends using tinder and you can’t help but think; "really? You’re swiping left or right just because the guy happens to be a little darker or lighter than you ‘like’." I know that the default "standard" in beauty has been white for a very long time and to some extent still is, but I would of thought that by the time of the 21st century people of all [legal] ages would of clocked on that old chestnut and known better to let it mess with their view of people in their pursuit of life, love and the dirty.
They say justice is blind, I’m pretty sure lust and love are blind too. You only have to keep yourself open to the possibilities and you might be pleasantly surprised – I think anyway’s.
Some of you might think "what are you talking about, what’s your problem?" I would just say this: sex is sex, good or bad it is what it is and people are just exactly that – people. Or put more ‘beautifully’ but a very talented comedian – "My mouth maybe racist, but my dick is a humanitarian."
– That’s just my two cents, later.
